Augusta Jones designer Charlotte Leung describes her latest (Spring 2009) collection......
“Augusta Jones' latest collection contains a diverse range of beautifully
feminine gowns. There are two distinct influences behind this current range.
One is classic tailoring in the 50's tradition using draping and ruching
techniques on gowns with deep v necklines or boatnecks with dramatic keyhole
backs. The other influence is a more relaxed approach with sheath style gowns
that float down the aisle in chiffons and tulle. As always, these gowns are
strongly grounded with a contemporary flavour so there is no mistake they are
designed for the modern bride".
